Meet Pastors Jouvry and Olvie: A heart for revival across New England and beyond!
Founded under the leadership of Pastor Jouvry Ontiley and his wife Olvie, Emmanuel International Revival Church exists to be a place of worship where lives are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We believe revival begins not in buildings, but in hearts. Our ministry goes beyond Sunday mornings and into the everyday streets, parks, and places where people are in need. From local outreach to international missions, our purpose is clear: to bring the transforming power of Jesus Christ to every soul.
We are more than a congregation. We are a community of big faith, a heart of compassion, and we utilize the gifts of the Spirit. Together, we are pointing people to Jesus as they rebuild their lives, we see families restored, and revival is ignited across New England and beyond.

Our Vision: EMMANUEL REVIVAL CENTER
Real ministry doesn’t stop at the pulpit — it happens on the streets, in the parks, and anywhere people are hurting.
For years, Pastor Jouvry Ontiley and his wife, Olvie, have served across New England, meeting physical needs with food and water while sharing the hope of Jesus. Their heart for people has led them to invite many not only into church, but even into their own home when no one else would.
But they know there’s a need for something greater, a lasting solution for those ready to rebuild their lives.
That’s why the vision for Emmanuel Revival Center was born: a place where people can come off the streets and into a loving community that restores the body, soul, and spirit through God’s transforming power.
Recent Events
Recently, our team traveled to Arizona to learn from established ministries: visiting soup kitchens, addiction recovery centers, and residential programs that help people find long-term freedom.
Now, we’re bringing that same heart and model back home to New England as we prepare to build Emmanuel Revival Center.
