Real ministry doesn’t stop at the pulpit — it happens on the streets, in the parks, and anywhere people are hurting.

For years, Pastor Jouvry Ontiley and his wife, Olvie, have served across New England, meeting physical needs with food and water while sharing the hope of Jesus. Their heart for people has led them to invite many not only into church, but even into their own home when no one else would.

But they know there’s a need for something greater, a lasting solution for those ready to rebuild their lives.

That’s why the vision for Emmanuel Revival Center was born: a place where people can come off the streets and into a loving community that restores the body, soul, and spirit through God’s transforming power.

At Emmanuel Revival Center, our prayer and worship room is a place to encounter God — to receive healing, deliverance, and breakthrough — surrounded by people who will stand in faith with you. No one walks alone here. When life feels heavy, you’ll find love, prayer, and encouragement waiting for you 24/7.

In the spirit of the early church from the book of Acts, daily services at Emmanuel Revival Center will be filled with shared meals, praise and worship, a powerful teaching, and ministry time where you can receive personal prayer, healing, and encouragement. Come be part of a community that gathers daily to seek God’s presence — just like the believers did in Acts!

From Monday through Friday, Emmanuel Revival Center will offer discipleship programs designed to help our community grow stronger in faith and everyday life. Through Bible study, practical teaching, and mentoring, we’ll equip believers to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit and live out God’s Word in their homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

Emmanuel Revival Center will provide residential programs for at-risk youth, victims of abuse, homeless, needy families, and those ready to rebuild their lives from the inside out. Residents will find a safe, faith-filled environment where they can receive healing, discipleship, job training, and life skills while being surrounded by the love and support of a caring community. Our goal is to see lives transformed — body, soul, and spirit — as individuals discover lasting freedom through Christ.

God has provided us with dozens of acres of property to use for this mission.

With your help, we have cleaned up a demolished building located in front of our property, located in Sanford, ME.

Next, we will clear a road to the property, as well as clear the property itself, and then begin to build.

We need YOU! If you can partner alongside us as we see this vision for our community unfold, we would greatly appreciate it! 

We would love:

• prayers - that God would connect us to the right people to bring this to life!
• volunteers - to help clear the debris, the trees, and everything involved with the building process
• financial support - so we can fund this process! While we are a group of volunteers doing this unto the Lord, we also need assistance from people who are unable to donate their time or supplies to clear land, and make buildings happen.
• warehouse - we have an opportunity to receive donations to share with our community, but we need a warehouse with a loading dock to make this happen!
